I hope RFK Jr goes after MSG next. We can't go to a Chinese restaurant without getting sick.

My wife spends almost her whole life in the kitchen due to her multiple food sensitivities. She needs an occasional break. Also, we are getting older and with chronic diseases, we need external sources of food we can trust.

Totally understand the need for a break and food sensitivities. We’re not as bad off with you, but home cooking does get to be a drag. My spouse reads to me while cooking, takes out the ingredients, and puts them back. Eases the work load and makes the process much more pleasant.

Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to find trustworthy sources of food unless you personally get to know the provider and ask what’s in the food (and request no additives if possible).

Good luck with finding a great outside source for that much-needed break ;-)

Most FxMed docs know the proper ranges. Too detailed to go over here as there are thousands of them.
