No need to impeach any Judge. There is nowhere in the Constitution that says we can impeach a judge BUT they can be removed for "bad behavior." Congress created the lower courts and Congress can defund a court, consolidate lower courts, shut down a lower court and determine what cases they can or cannot hear. Sad that Congress has no understanding of the US Constitution or they just don't care. Our Constitution requires only ONE court and that is the Supreme Court. Who was that female Senator who started that i peachment campaign against Bobby?
