I'm surprised the article doesn't once mention DHEA. I take a low dosage, 10 mg/day, to avoid prostate complications (although I do notice some prostate enlargement already). Point is, it's enough to boost my T so I'm feeling better. This has made a huge difference in the quality of my life.

I take 80mg a day of testosterone undecanoate gel caps. Testosterone undecanoate is a testosterone ester and a prodrug of testosterone in the body. Because of this, it is considered to be a natural and bioidentical form of testosterone. It is an ester of testosterone that is partially absorbed from the gut lymphatics after being orally administered. It works for me.

TRT is problematic as it shuts down endogenous T production and can increase clotting indices. Now there is a drug and several natural medicinal foods that act as LH analogs..THat is the way to go to increase T because the individual is making his own T and nothing gets shut down.
