Having been a hospital nurse for 40+ years. No Physician or nurse is God! If they did not give an adequate report, that is malpractice. If the power of attorney was not adequately informed, that is malpractice. Not allowing families at the bedside, is malpractice. There is no implied consent in the hospital. The fact they would ask a disabled adult with another person as power of attorney to give consent, is malpractice.

The Morphine administration and the circumstances begs me to ask if this was purposeful. That doctor who ordered it and the nurse who administered it need to be held responsible for this "mistake".

Unfortunately, hospitals have become corporations. Corporations are there to make money. They obviously (to me) had great help with this trial because this is obvious malpractice. I work in ho.e care now as I was fired for not taking the jab. They really did me a favor. Thank you so much for this substack.

Thank you for saying so! That was our intent. Most of us are not familiar with these terms, so in a world where healthcare systems are broken, we all need help to communicate better

I'm going to call bullshit on the DNI/DNR thing. Imagine this scenario:

"please! Save our daughter!"

"She's a DNR"

"No, she's not"

"But we may need to intubate her"

"That's ok, please save her"

That's all it would that would have been needed

I think the people on the jury must be a little like the people laughing and cheering on 'alligator Alcatraz' prison in Florida, they think something like this could never happen to them

There really are two systems of justice. One for the elite, and the other for the common man. Do you see Epstein's files released? And Diddy gets a slap on the wrist.

We know judges are bought off. Juries probably too.

Things won't change unless more become peoplr become aware and people hit the streets in record numbers. I don't see that happening.

I was admitted to the hospital in Sep 2021 diagnosed with Covid. Although I had a medical POA, no one asked about it. As they were preparing to intubate me somebody stuck a paper in front of me and said "sign here or you're gonna die." I was released three weeks later.

Glad you made it through that Mike. You raise a critical point: even when a person is aware, things can go differently than planned

A heartbreaking case. So sorry for the family’s loss. I didn’t know hospital personnel might interpret DNI as DNR. It definitely needs to be made clear!!
