Great recommendations for pregnancy. I tell folks no fried foods or seed oils. I also recommend bone broth . I ask each patient to stretch and discuss an individual exercise program.

A thought. I add ground ginger and turmeric to the bone broth and it is an excellent way to wash down your vitamins.

Your dietary recommendations are just the standard orthodox crap. The balanced diet is only for rapid weight gain. Heart healthy whole grains are only healthy for cardiologist's bank accounts.

The most important thing is to avoid sugars and grains. Fruit should also be avoided.

Eat meat.
