It is against the law to practice medicine without a license. Politicians and bureaucrats who lack medical degrees but interfere with medical treatment are breaking that law. I wonder if they can be sued in a court of law.

It is malpractice for a medical doctor to treat a person without appropriately examining that person. Doctors, even public health bureaucrats with medical degrees, who issue broad decrees on medical actions and inactions, such as insisting on the deadly use of ventilators and banning life-saving HCQ and IVM, without examining the people affected are committing medical malpractice and should lose their licenses. I wonder if this too can be enforced by lawsuit.

At almost 76, I remember a time when we went to the doctor if we had something wrong with us, which required the possibility of an operation, or we had some lifetime disease which required more specialized care than we could obtain at home. Somewhere along the way, the doctors started prescribing pills and now I need prescriptions from my doctor for the pills he has decided I need to maintain my health, but now, with these new rules coming into effect where bureaucrats and other none medical personnel decide what a doctor can and can't say to his patient, what he can and can't prescribe and to push the vaccines at ever opportunity, my doctor will/has become a mouth piece of the bureaucrats and other none medical personnel, Big Pharma's Representative (for the pills and potions he provides) in much the way that Amway works and when it comes to trust, I trust him now as far and I can throw him and in a few months time when these new rules kick in - not in America or England - I will trust him as far as I can throw a grand piano. Last time I saw him he wanted me to have a medical overview, a yearly thing to monitor my Diabetes Type 2 which I have well under control, but I doubt if I will attend that appointment, because, already, by refusing vaccines, I am already on the other side of the line to him and the medical establishment here and if push comes to shove, I can drop his prescribed tablets off my diet and manage quite well without them and his - previously mentioned - advice and take my chances with my body and my lifestyle keeping me fit and well and Diabetes free through 22 odd years of learning how best to do that - when for example their mRNA is in everything.
