These actions, which began in 2001 in Memphis, Tennessee, are verifiably and incontrovertibly responsible for the following:

• The lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the world lost due to Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) during the years spanning 2002-2020.

• The lives of millions of critically ill patients lost due to COVID-related ARDS in 2019 and 2020.

These are factual statements that can be proven well beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law… or in 100 courts of law if necessary.

You see, if not for the actions of several members of the staff and administration of the university’s health science center — aided by representatives of a major pharmaceutical company, a prestigious medical journal, and official regulatory and public health agencies — the majority of these patients who perished could have been saved; and the global economic collapse during COVID would have been significantly mitigated.

The world will soon know of these cataclysmic crimes against humanity. Once the story is revealed in its entirety, intensive investigations should begin immediately.

During the past 20 years, the story’s whistleblower — whose weighty legal entanglements kept him from speaking out earlier — issued 37 formal requests for investigations into what happened to him and his research laboratory at his university. Each request was either denied or ignored.
