On this week’s FLCCC Weekly Webinar, host Betsy Ashton and Dr. Paul Marik welcomed special guests Drs. Meryl Nass and Kat Lindley for one of the most consequential discussions we have ever presented.
The topic was the W.H.O.’s proposed “pandemic treaty” which, if globally adopted, would impose new rules for dealing with pandemics. Right now, there is a target date of May, 2024 for a legally binding agreement to be adopted by the U.N. health agency's 194 member countries.
Drs. Nass and Lindley aren’t having it.
“The treaty will enable the W.H.O. to take over jurisdiction of everything in the world by saying that climate change, animals, plants, water systems [and] ecosystems are all central to health,” said Nass and Lindley. “In addition to that, it will remove human rights protections, enforce censorship and digital passports, require governments to push a single “official” narrative, and enable the W.H.O. to declare ‘pandemics’ on a whim.”
For its part, the W.H.O. has pushed back on criticism of the treaty, saying that governments are leading the treaty negotiations and are free to reject the accord. But those nations currently advocating for the new treaty say that member states want the treaty to be legally binding for those opting to participate with the new rules kicking in if the W.H.O. declares a pandemic - something it does not currently have a mandate to do.

At the very beginning of last week’s weekly webinar, Dr. Fred Wagshul, a pulmonologist and co-founder of the FLCCC, spoke with Dr. Marik about the worldwide brouhaha over a perceived rise in cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
BOTTOM LINE: NO NEED FOR ALARM.
“Mycoplasma is a very common organism. It has a long history, having been recognized in the United States beginning in 1944,” said Dr. Wagshul. “It's one of the most common bacterial types of respiratory illnesses that we see—mostly in children and young adolescents. If promptly and properly treated with a macrolide antibiotic like azythromycin (Z-Pack), it is not a big deal and hospitalization is very rare.”
Dr. Marik also spoke about the condition on The Absolute Truth with host Emerald Robinson (42:00). “People need to chill out about this,” said Dr. Marik. “What people are calling ‘White Lung’ disease is nothing different than any other pneumonia. This is easily treatable.”
Dr. Pierre Kory, appearing on The Charlie Kirk Show (2:35:35) remarked that, “Mycoplasma is actually a bacteria infection. It is not a new pathogen. What is happening — in China especially — is a surge in a well known respiratory illness.”

⭐️NEW STUDY BRINGS GOOD NEWS FOR THOSE WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES
In an extraordinary new study, an international team of researchers—including our own Dr. Paul Marik— has found that modest lifestyle changes combined with select supplements can effectively manage insulin levels of many with Type 2 Diabetes, often reducing or eliminating the need for traditional pharmaceuticals.
The team completed an exhaustive review of 170 published studies to further the understanding of how lifestyle changes and supplementation can have a significant impact on managing insulin resistance when preventing and treating Type 2 Diabetes.
“After following the conventional treatment protocols since my diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes more than 20 years ago, I found different ways to manage my insulin resistance so that I no longer require any pharmaceuticals to treat my Type 2 Diabetes, and my overall health has greatly improved,” said Paul E. Marik, M.D., F.C.C.M., F.C.C.P., co-author of the study and chairman and chief scientific officer of the FLCCC. “Our research set out to further explore how the relatively simple lifestyle changes that have helped me and so many others manage their Type 2 diabetes can be applied by clinicians caring for their patients.”
Also, writing this week in Real Clear Health, Dr. Marik discussed time-restricted eating of low glycemic-index natural foods as a way to prevent diabetes and other chronic diseases.
“Intermittent fasting is not about eating less food, but rather eating during specific times of the day.” said Dr. Marik. “Time-restricted eating lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, helps the body maintain growth hormone, and reduces insulin resistance which causes fatty liver disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure.”
By now you have heard that scientists have found DNA fragments in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines. This has prompted a very good question:
WHY HAS THE FDA, WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VACCINE SAFETY AND QUALITY, FAILED TO SOUND THE ALARM?
Glad you asked.
It’s not like the FDA didn’t know about the inherent health risks of DNA fragments floating around in vaccines.
Reporter Maryanne Demasi, writing for the Brownstone Institute, points out what the FDA’s own guidance to industry so clearly states:
“Residual DNA might be a risk to your final product because of oncogenic and/or infectivity potential. There are several potential mechanisms by which residual DNA could be oncogenic, including the integration and expression of encoded oncogenes or insertional mutagenesis following DNA integration.”
“Put simply, the FDA acknowledges the possibility that fragments of DNA left over by the manufacturing process can be incorporated into a patient’s own DNA, to potentially cause cancer,” writes Demasi. “The FDA continues to insist that any residual DNA contamination in the Covid vaccines is not a problem and that it “stands behind its findings of quality, safety, and efficacy for the mRNA vaccines.”
Demasi also says that “the FDA would not provide the ‘available scientific evidence’ to support its claim, but it’s worth noting that the vaccines’ own product labels show that genotoxicity and carcinogenicity tests were not carried out prior to their use.”
Also this week…
…Dr. Joseph Ladapo, the state surgeon general of Florida, wrote a letter to the heads of both the CDC and the FDA to ask why the agencies have failed to assess the risks of contaminant DNA integration into human DNA.
“I am writing to you to address the recent discovery of host cell DNA fragments within the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines,” Dr. Ladapo wrote. “This raises concerns regarding the presence of nucleic acid contaminants in the approved Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, particularly in the presence of lipid nanoparticle complexes, and Simian Virus 40 (SV40) promoter/enhancer DNA.”
He is still awaiting a response. So are we all.
In this episode of Long (COVID) Story Short, Dr. Been discusses a new study in which researchers found reasons why the genetic material from the COVID virus can reduce serotonin production in the body. This can lead platelets to aggregate and may cause micro-thrombi (small blood clots).
Dr. Been further explains that the genetic COVID material —and possibly other parts— activate TLR3 (protein) receptors, causing the cells to release IFN1—a type of interferon. The result is reduced absorption of tryptophan leading to reduced serotonin (a neurotransmitter) production in the body. The problem is that this could all lead to micro-thrombi.
The solution? The researchers suggest that using tryptophan precursor supplement such as hydroxytryptophan and SSRI medications may restore serotonin levels in long COVID patients.
