Love watching the dominoes fall. It is way overdue.

Isn't it the truth?

Thanks IMA for your leadership! Two good things happened this week!

I can’t believe that republicans could introduce such blatantly anti human legislation. Thank God it got pulled.

Precisely, the House is controlled by REPUBLICANS, and this particular horrible provision was added by a Republican from Idaho and fought by a Democrat from Maine. That's the critical information this post left out. Of course, while the Democrats are certainly guilty of putting $$$ interests above health, the Republicans (including the father of Operation Warp Speed) are far far far worse. Look at the life expectancies, mortality rates, etc. of blue states versus red states. The truth may be unpopular but it is still the truth.

Which Iowa Republican added the provision?

Look at the demographics of blue states versus red states.

What's your point, why don't you spell it out for us? Democrats may be "annoying" and weak and of course somewhat $$$-centric, but Republicans are far far more $$$-centric, as in Greed Over People. Are you sincerely trying to deny that just because it may be unpopular to say? This is coming from someone who dislikes Democrats but isn't delusional.

Fortunately, Democrats aren't greedy LOL Not Pelosi, not the Clintons, not Sanders, not the Bidens... OK

This only shows the level of corruption in the pesticide industry. If their products were safe we wouldn’t even be talking about this! Shame on these men and women who know what’s happening but are being bought. We are all sinners but God is watching your evilness and whoa to you on Judgement day!

I'd like to see someone follow the money -- who tried to sneak the immunity in and how much were he/she paid off from industry?

This is great news, but the battles against pesticide liability shields aren’t over and we must remain vigilant. Pesticide companies won’t rest until they enjoy the same immunity from harms caused that vaccine makers enjoy (of course, vaccine maker immunity must be repealed).

Concerns about pesticide company immunity remain in several areas:

* Farm Bill

* Supreme Court: Bayer wants Supreme Court to rule on a case it lost in a lower court. If Supremes rule in favor of Bayer, here’s what happens: If the EPA doesn’t require a safety warning on a pesticide label, then states cannot require similar warnings — and consumers therefore cannot sue pesticide manufacturers for failing to warn them of potential health hazards

* State implementation of pesticide company liability shields (already passed in some, pending in others)

For details, see this article in Children’s Health Defense The Defender:

Bayer Loses Round One in Fight for Legal Immunity, But More Battles Lie Ahead

A controversial provision intended to block lawsuits against pesticide makers today was cut from a government funding bill set to be voted on in the next few weeks. However, consumer advocates warn that Bayer and other chemical giants could still win the battle if the U.S. Supreme Court rules in their favor. By Brenda Baletti, Ph.D. JANUARY 5, 2026

Another step towards sanity and towards stopping corrupt companies from distorting and hiding serious health dangers hidden within their products. Their unproven, suspect and illegitimate, safety trials that these evil mercenary manufacturers pretend to undertake, will disappear and truth will return.

Terminating the PREP Act will do wonders for returning honesty to the corrupted pharmaceutical industry as it is the most evil industry on the planet!

Zero LIABILITY is the most insane LAW which unbelievably shields Big Pharma from all/any responsibility for Vax related injuries and DEATHS! Thousands have died since their poisonous mRNA shit was put into human injections.

A YUGE win! Eliminating liability "seems unnecessary" if a product is actually safe, right?

How did section 463 get added in the first place?

chipsnsalsa's avatar

Unfortunately, glyphosate, like mrna, has already been incorporated into our bodies, cradle to grave.

Carol's avatar

Well, glyphosate is water soluble so as I understand it can fairly easily be detoxed. As opposed to the mRNA. If it can be stopped at source Nature will help deal with it in the soil and water. She is remarkably resilient.

Hope for Today...

Am wondering how they can make it worse than what they had intended at first.
