Amen, yes, it's the natural rhythms of life that have been co-opted with modern technology. I do make it point to be up and walking in the early morning hours, and I do walks throughout the day, not just a one-time thing, including as Dr. Cole pointed out in an earlier post getting out in the mid-day sun. I'm 70, turning 71 in about a month, and as I age, I'm ever more vigilant about what I eat, how much I eat, staying active. I've been in chiropractic care for over 45 years, and the one thing I know from that good care is I need to be moving. But I also count my calories daily, and I especially make sure I'm getting lots of good protein. Thank you, Dr. Cole, for all the excellent information you provide as well as the optimal care you give.

Great, informative. Yes , we are poisoning ourselves and know it. And with advanced pathology can confirm it. But address the problem ? Of course not. A little empathy maybe. But still the Big Pharma and Medical shills work hand in hand mostly to the detriment of us trying to live the healthiest we can.

At John Peter Smith Hospital, there is a mystical physician, Dr. Buzzard, who has roamed the halls usually in the middle of the night for years and years.

He has 10 rules (Dr. Buzzard's rules) for the family physician residents.

The first is never trust a pathologist, which means learn how to read your own slides.

In the same vein, #2 is never trust a radiologist, which means learn how to read your own x-rays.

That said, self-repair does not always work. Sometimes we may need a little help against things like desmoplastic shields taking mebendazole and ivermectin.

Thank you for your wisdom. :)
