I would add to that time outside in nature, sun and fresh air and avoidance of high processed chemically laden foods.

These are all very good for a general list but as a nutritionist who deals with root causes for depression, we can go so much deeper, and often need to, to understand underlying root causes at the individual level. Often a person who exhibits depressive-like signs/symptoms has layers of health issues that need to be addressed, often times along with emotional/spiritual factors. It’s complex, but so many just see it as take a pill or do nothing. Many people don’t even realize there is so much that can be done outside of medicine to get better, but it means the individual needs to take ownership, an active role. Sadly, as a society humans have been trained to sit back, pop a pill and allow medical professionals take control instead.
