I would highly encourage everyone to read “the invisible rainbow; a history of electricity in life.” by Arthur Firstenberg. It will forever change the way you look at electricity. He makes a powerful case for the decline of birds and insects across the world with every new advancement of electricity and radio waves. The most recent assault has been 5G. We have as a civilization not considered the impact on life by the constant bombardment of our bodies with electromagnetic radiation.

Excellent article. I see two additional causes that are more difficult to personally try to help with. One is the aerosol injection of aluminum and other toxins into the air. The other is 5G and other EMF radiation. I live in a more rural area adjacent to wild sagebrush habitat which is less affected by some of the things you mention as causes. I have been trying to mitigate things and using all natural methods and still see devasting insect loss especially during the last two years. I really also suspect the geoengineering and the increased EMFs.

That is not controversial, and can draw together both those who believe in a creator, with those who are pure materialists. There is a vast amount of land taken up with the "grass deserts" that are our yards. If we all pitched in to get rid of lawn chemicals and turned our yards into havens for pollinators, we could make a HUGE difference in bringing back insect populations. People WANT regenerative agriculture, and they need to be educated about crops that by definition destroy the environment, like almonds, for example, and rice. People think they are being virtuous by eating nuts or rice instead of meat, but they are ignorant, or they don't think that their low carb diet, by using large amounts of almond flour, might be killing the earth. We already have to drive bees around in semis to pollinate these toxic crops instead of just encouraging pollinators everywhere. We need a movement to get cities and HOAs to stop thinking about the "clean" look of a lawn or a field shaved off exposing the topsoil, and start thinking about what is good for people and the world.
