“Dr. Frankenstein has no place in today’s healthcare. Yet many delusional physicians would put Frankenstein to shame for their mutilation procedures on young patients. Today, that ends.”
While this is a "wahoo moment", I submit that this is nothing more than the medical cabal "giving" in, and not "doubling down" to fight, mainly due to the long term procedures aren't deemed defendable nor, most importantly, $$$ profitable.
Dr Frankenstein is a literary creation. While it may be illustrative, a more pertinent example would be Dr Mengele — a real physician causing real harm to real victims. The medical part of the Nuremberg trials addressed medical experiments conducted in Nazi concentration camps and resulted in convictions for 16 of the 23 German physicians and administrators on trial, with seven sentenced to death. Mengele, however, escaped to South America and was not among those prosecuted. His absence from the trials contributed to his status as one of the most wanted Nazi war criminals, and he was never brought to justice for his crimes.
In a similar manner, it would be fitting for at least 16 mutilation physicians and administrators to be brought to trial for their crimes, with seven sentenced to death and the rest stripped of their credentials. Only then will the medical profession finally realize that patient care does not include irreversible sterilization and mutilation in service of political ideologies.
When will the Purge begin? The mutilators need to be prohibited from ever practicing medicine again.
Society in general has lost its way . The lack of kindness, respect and love for one another took a deep nose dive. .
What kind of soulless creature wants to mutilate a perfectly functioning healthy child human body?...
Yes, evil and soulless.
Of course! Not a moment too soon!
I watched the press conference live. Surprisingly, there was not much pushback from the media in attendance. All good signs these.
