Repatriate 32 million illegal aliens and healthcare costs will decrease substantially. Reduce the glycemic load of our diet, focusing on reducing both natural and artificial sweeteners, and you will see inflammation, the leading underlying cause of chronic disease, decrease dramatically. Get people walking again, stairs rather than elevators, and people will become more fit. Hopefully we can decrease the demand for illcare.

I've not been impressed with the direct primary care doctors/facilities located in my area. Most seem to have only one doctor, which seems pretty risky, and those with more than one doctor will not return calls or emails or will not allow you to choose your primary doctor. I can't see investing in a sign-up fee plus monthly fees under these conditions.
