I’m just saying how do we learn new things with a closed mind. I’m not saying you are right or wrong. I’m saying let’s learn. I’m trying carnivore because I was taking Stelara for psoriasis and I wanted to get off the drug. It was not good for my mental health. Many people have had success with carnivore getting rid of psoriasis. If that shortens my life then so be it. The drug is not good for me at all. Please don’t put this organization down because they are thinking outside of the box. I for one can not tell you how much I appreciate all they are doing for the people! You never know another’s story.
I love what you are doing for medicine!!! Do you have any information on Aspergillosis? I have a friend seeking help in this field. She is on a dangerous medication that would be better not to take.
You guys need proper nutrition info. Cornell University has shown for decades that a plant-based diet is the best in terms of longevity, disease prevention and even curing diseases like diabetes and heart disease. And meanwhile you are pushing the fad diet of heavy carnivore and keto. Which no studies have ever shown contribute to longevity or overall health.

I think we’ve been lied to about meat heavy diets and I believe they are doing wonders for many many people. There is no such thing as a diet that is perfect for ever person. We are all different and require different foods. Maybe open your mind and learn about things that are beneficial for others?
I'm all for freedom of choice but humans are a species. You wouldn't say all cats should eat different things or all birds need different diets if they are the same species. 99% of all studies in the last bunch of decades show the same thing. Every few years a new fad diet comes along that is meat and oil heavy and then it disappears. The Atkins diet for instance fell by the wayside after the inventor died very young of a heart attack.
They keep saying that cigarette industry people got into high levels of processed food industry and that's true. But the biggest ingredient in processed food Animal. Animal and dairy. 99% of processed food is filled with animal products. That is the common denominator.
I've been studying nutrition my entire life and saw my father outlive his two younger brothers when they died of heart disease but my dad changed to a plant-based diet in his late 40s and outlived them 30 years. And he did not die of heart disease, he died of a weird bacterial infection from a sick bunny.
It will all come out in a few years when people on the trendy low-carb meat heavy diet start getting really sick and dying. But then of course it will be blamed on the vaccine. Short term benefits from these diets seem to mostly be due to cutting out the junk food people were previously eating. There are no long-term studies. Mark my words, people on these diets are going to regret it in a few years. And who will be held accountable?
Humans during the Hunter Gatherer phase ate very little carbs as there was no grains (processed grass seeds). The men would go out to hunt game so yes humans eat meat.
Don't you remember learning when you were a child how humans had to eat all day long because they were eating plants? And then yay, when they invented fire, they didn't have to consume food all day because meat had more calories than leaves. Humans originally were eating plants. They have adapted to other food but we are basically hairless gorillas. Our teeth are the teeth of herbivores. So is our digestive system. It's not about animal rights, it's about human rights, the human right to a healthy life into old age. Which is what people promoting these animal heavy diets are fighting against.
Those people will eventually end up realizing they are responsible for a lot of sickness. But if they're making money off it they will keep going. The things this country exports and makes the most money off are big war and big animal agriculture.
