Welcome to this week's wrap up of insights, discussions, discoveries, and debates that have sparked curiosity and fostered understanding this week.
COVID-19 wrongful death lawsuits advance, Global protest stops WHO Pandemic Treaty, Dr. Peter Hotez predicts new pandemics, and FLCCC debuts Strength and Training Guide.
COVID-19 Wrongful Death Lawsuits Advance
A group of astute attorneys has begun to find legal pathways that may allow families who’ve suffered such losses to seek justice. Scott Mantel gives us an update on the case of his deceased wife Deborah Bucko and Warner Mendenhall explains a PREP Act workaround.
Dr. Peter Hotez Warns of “New Wave of Pandemics”
Flailing about like a man afraid of losing everything, Mr. FOIA dodger himself blames global warming and migration for future pandemics lurking around the corner:
a new wave of pandemics is going to be upon us because of that combination of 21st century forces of climate change and urbanization and human migrations
Apparently, Dr. Hotez knows without a doubt that the remaining 5.5 years of this decade will be plagued (forgive the pun) with all kinds of viruses and pandemics.
Global Protest Blunts WHO Pandemic Treaty
From Geneva, Switzerland Dr. Aseem Malhotra demands, “The world deserves an apology.”
Aussie-19 reports on the protest in Japan:
"The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare must face the enormous excess deaths head-on!"
"Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare staff, stop being subordinates of the WHO, and fulfill your duties as public servants!”
Dr. Meryl Nass was cautiously optimistic on her Substack: Pandemic treaty: dead but not buried.

Dr. Tina Peers and Dr. John Campbell Talk Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
FLCCC Alliance Senior Fellow, Dr Tina Peers, joined Dr. John Campbell for an in-depth talk about mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and chronic fatigue. In this video Dr. Peers presents information that indicates MCAS is much more common than most doctors believe. She follows principles agreed by the key workers and opinion leaders in the MCAS field. This allows Dr. peers to practice treatment strategies that can transform many lives for the better.
The TODAY Show Questions Excess Deaths
“Doctors say they are seeing an alarming number of seemingly healthy younger patients having heart attacks. Now doctors at Mount Sinai are tracking patients to see if they can uncover the new risk factors behind the trend.” - Today Show
Ed Dowd, Dr. Pierre Kory and Mary Beth Pfeiffer have been researching excess deaths for more than two years.

“Having Kids can Stretch a Man’s Time and Resources Thin”
The research, published in the journal AJPM Focus, found that as men age into older adulthood, those who have children tend to have worse cardiovascular health compared to their childless peers. This was determined by looking at factors like diet, exercise, smoking, weight, blood pressure, and blood lipid/glucose levels.
The researchers theorize that the added responsibilities and stresses that come with parenthood make it more challenging for fathers to maintain a healthy lifestyle through habits like exercising regularly and eating nutritious food.
